The AT-030MCL is a 0,3 megapixel 3-CCD color progressive scan camera for fast industrial inspection applications (up to 120 frames/s with full resolution) where there is a need to inspect even the most subtle color variations on the inspected items.

The camera is equipped with JAI’s advanced prism-block technology supporting three 1/3-inch CCDs providing higher color image fidelity and better spatial resolutions than cameras based on traditional Bayer color interpolation techniques.

With its built-in 3-CCD technology the AT-030MCL captures a specific red, green and blue color value for each pixel providing some of the most precise color output available in the market.

PD-12 Power Supply

A universal power supply that works with all JAI cameras equipped with a 12-pin Hirose power connector. Four versions are available:

PD-12UUP U.S. plug with 12-pin Hirose connector to camera

PD-12UEP European plug with 12-pin Hirose connector to camera

PD-12UU U.S. plug, flying leads (no 12-pin connector)

MP-41 Tripod Mounting Plate

Tripod adapter for Fusion Series cameras and some discontinued models with 40 mm spacing between mounting holes.

Only use the supplied M3 screws having the proper length. Using longer screws can damage internal circuit boards.

PC-12P Hirose 12-pin Connector

The HR10A-10P-12S is a universal connector used for power and control signals for many JAI cameras. The connector is a female plug, with sockets, that mates to the connector on the back of the camera. It has soldering cups for easy assembly of custom cables.

12P-02S Power Cable

This cable features flying leads on one end and a Hirose 12-pin connector on the other wired to match the pinout of JAI cameras with 12-pin connectors. The flying leads enable power to be supplied via two of the Hirose pins, while the remaining wires/pins can be utilized to access various I/O functions of JAI cameras (see individual camera datasheets/manuals for functions accessible through the Hirose connectors).

The cables can be used with JAI’s own “flying leads” power supplies, or with third-party or custom power supply systems.
