Traditional CCD image quality

They don’t have the full speed or low power consumption of CMOS, but if your application requires the low noise and excellent contrast of a CCD imager, C Series cameras can provide it. Note: CCD supplies are limited and are subject to discontinuation. CMOS cameras are recommended for projects with long intended lifecycles.

Compact, versatile, and industry-standard

C Series cameras feature a low profile design with top and bottom mounting holes, enabling them to fit easily into many types of machine vision systems. Standard GigE Vision interfaces offer easy cabling and networking options, while Mini Camera Link interfaces are also available on some models.

Solid reliability in industrial environments

Like all JAI cameras, C Series models are built to last in industrial environments. Excellent thermal management, plus high shock (70G) and vibration (10G) ratings result in trouble-free operation, with MTBF values that range from 130,000 to over 200,000 hours, depending on the model.

Features

  • 1.4-megapixel color CCD camera with 1/2” optical format.

  • 1392 x 1040 resolution.

  • 4.65-micron pixels offer excellent sensitivity and contrast.

  • GigE Vision interface supports up to 100-meter cabling using widely-available cabling and networking equipment.

  • 8-bit or 10-bit raw Bayer digital output.

  • Partial scanning and ROI readout provide increased frame rates.

  • Industrial grade performance with 70G shock, 10G vibration, and over 160,000 hrs. MTBF rating.
